How to get the most out of this conference?

1. Get rest the night before. This is a long day.
2. Eat breakfast.
3. Have at least one back up for each session you choose.
4. Make sure you stop by the Poster Sessions, you may find some wonderful gems!
5. Take notes, you will forget if you just listen.
6. Try to ask at least one question. For this you need to prepare ahead.
7. Bring business cards to pass out. You may meet lifelong friends.
8. You don't need to go to every single session. If you need to take a break, then go outside and walk around. Take a power nap, grab a coffee and recharge yourself.
9. Make efforts to meet people.
