Apple (formerly Apple Computers) has rigorously begun an 'education campaign' for its new hardware and software. Take a look at this link for their online teaching of the features of the recently released iMovie '08.
I have never seen such amazing support for the education of consumers for their products.
Teachers should learn from this in our own adaptations.
